    Hi Kenneth,

I Believe God gives the Holyspirit spirit when we are truly converted which is an act of his doing upon our trust and believe in the work of Christ on the cross.

That same Spirit convicts us of sin,

As we feed on the word "with faith" that same Spirit moves us different than the way we were before. It's not simply a change of mind, "IT'S A CHANGED HEART".

This is called fruit in your life that wasn't there before.

John 15:8. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye ""BEAR"" much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

NOTICE: YOU BEAR THE FRUIT YOU DON'T PRODUCE IT.

We do that by being connected to the true vine. JESUS.

John 15:1-4. I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

These verses emphasize "Virtue" by being connected!! A New Heart, The now inner Man.

Here's what's produced by the Vine:

Galatians 5:22-24. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

"And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts."

( The last sentence here is perhaps the death of the old Heart. "Not Old Nature".

by us being in Christ at his death. The new Heart and Power supplied by The Holyspirit is given by us behind baptized into his resurrection!

    ROMANS 6:1-5.

Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Our evidence is that our Hope is built on a rock and that rock is Jesus Christ. if you're saved you Have the Holyspirit.

    Hi Tony,

Can you explain your argument for keeping or not keeping the sabbath in the verse you presented,

    " Hebrews 8 vs 6"

Galatians 5:20-21 "Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God."

For those interested in Gematria, here is another example of fake news on the daily: The spa shootings are more news by numbers, sorceries against the people. This is our reality made possible through a sick government. It takes craft to align these staged exploits up so perfectly. God knows what they do, and so should we. Here's proof according to the facts:

-8 dead in 3 massage parlor shootings in Atlanta area, March 16, 2021

    -8 dead, at 3 spa shootings? I see a 'murder' by numbers ritual. Murder = 83 / 38

-The shootings happened at about 8:30 PM = 83

-It happened in "Cherokee" County" = 38

-The shooter was arrested in "Cusp County" = 163

-This news comes on March 16, or 16/3, like 163, the 38th prime.

-This is happening in a predominantly black city, one day after the Jesuit Order pledge of $100 million in reparations 3/15/2021 = 3+15+20+21 = 59

    -Slave = 59, Negro = 59, Rasta = 59, Blues = 59

-Atlanta, Georgia = 59 in Full Reduction

The songs "Murder by Numbers" and "Gematria the Killing Name" describe what they do in detail.

    Murder = 5+6+9+5+4+9 = 38 (Reverse Full Reduction)

    Murder = 14+6+9+23+22+9 = 83 (Reverse Ordinal)

    Hello Bet,

Self control is not left out and is very important as you know. It is the word "temperance" at the end of the fruits of the Spirit in Galatians 5:23.

    God Bless.

Why is "self-control" being left out? It is very important and included in all older revisions of the Bible. Do we no longer need self-control?

Beautiful portion of scripture. I cannot even begin to scratch the surface of the concept of a prisoner like me who now has by grace been granted "liberty in Christ"!

    Salvation (part 2)

In the early Church, the requirement for salvation was the presence of God's Spirit dwelling within a person. Paul instructed, in Romans 8:9, "Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this one is not of Him." In Romans 8:14, he wrote, "For as many as are being led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God."

And again, in Romans 8:16, he instructs that "The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are children of God." Also, in 2 Corinthians 13:5, Paul challenged the church at Corinth: "Examine yourselves, if you are in the faith; prove your own selves, or do you not know your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you, except you are reprobates?"

John, writing in 1 John 3:24 supported this same understanding: "And in this we know that He abides in us, from the Spirit whom He has given to us."

He repeats this same truth, although worded somewhat differently, in 1 John 4:13, "In this we know that we dwell in Him, and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit."

From the preceding scriptures, we see that salvation happens only when God's Spirit enters and remains in a person's spirit, thereby causing spiritual birth. Nothing in the Bible teaches that salvation is accomplished by the repetition of the Sinner's Prayer or through the performance of any other kind of human formula.

In addition to teaching that God is the sole source of salvation, the Bible also teaches that every saved person is kept by the power of God. Peter writes, in 1 Peter 1:5, that believers are, "The ones who are being kept in the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time."

Paul writes on the same subject, in Galatians 5:17, "For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are opposing to one another; in order that you should not do what you want."

    Hello Vince,

I very much liked this post of yours as I agree. As I enjoy the teachings of Paul there are a few "snares" as you called them. We should read the Word of the Lord, Holy Bible, as a whole and not think one prophet or apostle was better than the other. All unique members but of the one body of Christ. Be thankful for all of them.

One thing that was brought to my attention just recently. Paul stating in Galatians 5:14 "The law is fulfilled in one word, even this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thy self".

When the Lord was asked "which is the greatest commandment" in Matthew 22:36-40: Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Like you stated we should stay focused on the Lord and keep our attention on Him.

    God Bless.

    EPHESIANS 4:26 KJV

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:Neither give place to the devil.Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, ...

BIBLE VERSES ABOUT ANGER SELF CONTROL

Galatians 5:22 - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith

Ephesians 4:26-27 - Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the ...

Matthew 5:22 KJV: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in ... So guard your heart, and be angry, but sin not.

You'll have to look up those verses to see the complete verse.

Main thing to remember is we represent Jesus to other people (saved and unsaved). If we're angry and voice grudges or eternal hate against someone; we got a problem. Take it to the Cross of Calvary and be cleansed.

If other people hate on you, you're blessed if they are getting mad at the Jesus that is shining on your face. Rejoice and be glad.

With the Word on the inside of you shining onto the outside world; People will feel that love of the Father, that Jesus came to show us.

Almost everyone I know, wants to walk in the love of Jesus. I think people are saddened that our world is becoming so angry at this or that issue.

    I think it's a sin issue.

So you splash some Jesus on those you meet and they will want to know how to get some of that.

AND: The baptism of the Holy Ghost is received by believing the Gospel that Paul preached to the Gentiles. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" And I am speaking in this age, the age of Grace. So believe and be baptized, saved, born again.

What was the Gospel that Paul was preaching to the Gentiles.... What was it that the Scribes and the Pharisees did not believe in .. ??

Im sure you understand that it was more than just believing in a name it was more than the initial repentance,

John baptized in water to bring us unto repentance mmm But Jesus was the one that baptizes with the Holy Ghost and with fire...

What is the purpose of the three baptisms. ??????

Here is what God says you must believe to be saved (born again) during the Age of Grace. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" This is Paul's Gospel, and the Lord Jesus Christ sent Paul to preach to the Gentiles.

Faith is not the gift my Brother .... GRACE is the gift.. Faith is the action in by which we over come ... and that faith is the faith of Jesus Christ. not of ourselves.. REMEMBER ITS NOT ABOUT US .. its not of any works that man can boast of its the works of the spirit of Jesus that makes the difference. We must put away this idea that we can tell God How to save us.

    "saved by Grace THROUGH FAITH"

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8&9

You cut short that verse to construe it to your purposes. "and that(the faith)not of yourselves; it is the gift of God"

Faith in God is a gracious gift of God.

"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith" Hebrews 12:2 I believe that if you or I were the author of our faith it will finish badly.

"There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." Proverbs 14:12 & 16:25

Saved is not a condition whereby you are clinging to God, but he with you in his grasp.
  • Chris - In Reply on Galatians 5 - 3 years ago
"Faith alone does not secure our salvation WE must have works of the spirit".

Ephesians 2:8,9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."

I believe that it is by God's Grace through faith alone in Christ's finished Work that brings us salvation & nothing else. But works that FOLLOW faith, is the proof of the reality of that faith. Once works, or anything else, is added to God's Grace through faith, then it is no longer of Grace, but of works, "And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work." Romans 11:6.

If it was only my human faith, without God's Grace that undergirded & provoked me towards salvation, I would be in a pitiful state accounting that my generated faith alone was sufficient. Of ourselves, faith cannot succeed - we need the whole: God's Grace & Faith without any hint of human contribution towards it. But it may be that that was the intent of your statement. Blessings.

Looking at the abilities of the two witnesses They mirror Moses and Elijah. So many say Enoch and Elijah. Because they will be killed and neither saw natural death. All is pure speculation. But it has been amazing to me over my 25 years of study. No one has considered they could possibly be simply 2 men living on the earth at this time. That God will use. I understand that this Book in particular has much symbolism and representation. But the Bible as a whole is so simple a child can understand it. It is man that makes it so complex. It must be taken as much as possible as literal as possible. God never meant for it to be impossible to grasp. It takes some time with God and nobody will never know the deeper mysteries of this Bible. But the main message is simple . One way for sure you can identify the 2 Witnesses. Miss the Rapture and be a eyewitness to it. But by the Grace of God We'll be with Him. Mikey Out.Ooooohhhhh Yeah!!!!

"What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness." Rom 4:1-5 (KJVA)

We are JUSTIFIED (DECLARED righteous [we don't BECOME righteous] before God, saved, a ONE TIME EVENT) by FAITH ALONE (no works allowed) in Christ alone.

We are being SANCTIFIED (A CONTINUING PROCESS). Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. By their fruits ye shall know them. Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

  • Steve Anderson - In Reply on Galatians 5 - 3 years ago
    When i read the scripture , it tells me that we are saved by Grace THROUGH FAITH.... WE know that Grace is the Authority that enables us to overcome , we know that Faith is the substance of things HOPED FOR the evidence of things NOT SEEN... James tells us that FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD.. The scripture tells us that we must have Grace to support our Faith .. Faith alone dose not secure our salvation WE must have works of the spirit We must grow up into Christ . Jesus said i am the Author and the Finisher of your faith.. HE WROTE THE BOOK. HE IS THE FOUNDATION, HE IS THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE, { In your patience posses ye your souls... }

    Charles R Peek,

"Neither of the two Scripture tell you how to be saved"

Obviously you are entitled to your opinion, however, you seem insistent on

distinguishing your preference for 1Corinthians15. Now why is that? Why are

you insisting a narrow view of what God uses to "save" lost people when God

has provided so many verses that he uses to lead people to himself through

his son? It seems to me your focus on this issue is to create a right and

wrong way on the matter of what to tell lost people. Am I right about that?

Suppose God chooses to begin leading a person to himself with Amos4:12?

Clearly the Lord Jesus left Nicodemus to ponder a second birth, and not

the sign of Jonah, as he also said would be for Israel. God has never been

limited to demonstrate grace in a particular age. Rather, it is we who make

distinctions, for the purpose of distinguishing Gods revealed methods of

demonstrating his presence in our time period on earth. The whole of God's

word is for all people to see him as he wills it so. I understand

dispensationalism to organize a view of Gods history with man, but his

salvation work is not so limited in his sovereign exercise of gracious love.

Yes, it is generally understood & widely accepted that John, son of Zebedee, the disciple & apostle of Jesus, was the writer of the vision he received in The Revelation, as well as the writer of the three epistles (1,2,3 John).
  • Steve Anderson - In Reply on Galatians 5 - 3 years ago
Is it possible o believe in Vain... if so what are the requirements to believe , I believe that you can believe in Vain , if you do not understand from whom you receive salvation to begin with ... Grace is not a guarantee of salvation you can fall from grace if you justify your inability to rise above sin... and of course you must have had been given the authority too fulfill that vocation. And that authority is the baptism of the holy Ghost, with out instruction, or correction, by the word of God we can never understand the three Phases of salvation ,, IVE BEEN SAVED FROM MY PAST SINS, IM BEING SAVED FROM PRESENT SINS , AND I MUST ENDURE UNTIL THE END TO BE COMPLETELY SAVED. Ask your self this ? what is it that Jesus came to save to begin with ... Body , Soul , or Spirit.. there is only one answer.
