    2 Esdras 16:21-22

"Behold, victuals shall be so good cheap upon earth, that they shall think themselves to be in good case, and even then shall evils grow upon earth, sword, famine, and great confusion. For many of them that dwell upon earth shall perish of famine; and the other, that escape the hunger, shall the sword destroy."

    2 Esdras 2:27-30

Be not weary: for when the day of trouble and heaviness cometh, others shall weep and be sorrowful, but thou shalt be merry and have abundance. The heathen shall envy thee, but they shall be able to do nothing against thee, saith the Lord. My hands shall cover thee, so that thy children shall not see hell. Be joyful, O thou mother, with thy children; for I will deliver thee," saith the Lord.

    2 Esdras 13:23-24

"The one who brings the peril at that time will protect those who fall into peril, who have works and faith toward the Almighty. Understand therefore that those who are left are more blessed than those who have died."

    Matthew 24:39-44

"So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.

Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day on which your Lord will come. But understand this: If the homeowner had known in which watch of the night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. For this reason, you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour you do not expect." Jesus

    Hi Lauren,

Thank you for your kind reply. It gives me joy you received comfort. Telling me it was for you.

I know there are different beliefs on this issue and that's ok. Though I have faith we are to be with the Lord where He is in His Glory.

The story of how I came to meet that man is amazing. I know it was the Lord that brought us together. To share any of the experiences I've had after coming to the Lord gives me joy. As really some of the things only true children of God would believe. The one who always listens, to me, and enjoys it is my mother.

Keep your faith in the Lord. Praise Him, thank Him, tell Him how much you need Him and love Him. He hears everything. Always stay humble before Him. One thing I'd like to share to all is, those who stay humble before the Lord always hoping and begging for His mercy and forgiveness are the one who will receive it. He will exalt us in due time. Every single day when I pray, even if I don't think I did anything wrong, I beg for His mercy and forgiveness.

God is so perfect and above us we cannot even comprehend how glorious and pure He is.

A couple verses I will leave for the day:

2 Esdras 16:54 Behold, the Lord knoweth all the works of men, their imaginations, their thoughts, and their hearts:

Ecclesiasticus 43- By Him the end of them hath prosperous success, and by His Word all things consist.

We may speak much, and yet come short: wherefore in sum, He is all.

How shall we be able to magnify Him? for He is great above all His works.

When ye glorify the Lord, exalt Him as much as ye can; for even yet will He far exceed: and when ye exalt Him, put forth all your strength, and be not weary; for ye can never go far enough.

Who hath seen Him, that He might tell us? and who can magnify Him as He is?

There are yet hid greater things than these be, for we have seen but a few of His works.

For the Lord hath made all things; and to the Godly hath He given wisdom.

Have a Blessed day in the Lord!

This is prophecy of The Lord Jesus Christ. treading the great winepress of GOD. Remember Revelation 19:13

    Isaiah 63:3

I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment.

    Notice verse 13

    Revelation 19:11-16

The Heavenly Warrior Defeats the Beast

11 I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. 12 His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. 13 He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. 14 The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with an iron scepter."[a] He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:

king of kings and lord of lords.

This verse is referring to The Great winepress of GOD spoken about in Revelation. 11:20

    69

And they that consent unto them shall be had in derision and in reproach, and trodden under foot.

    See Revelation 14:14-

Harvesting the Earth and Trampling the Winepress

14 I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one like a son of man with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. 15 Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, "Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe." 16 So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested. 17 Another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. 18 Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, "Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth's vine, because its grapes are ripe." 19 The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God's wrath. 20 They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses' bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.

    2 Esdras 16:18

"The beginning of sorrows and great mournings; the beginning of famine and great death; the beginning of wars, and the powers shall stand in fear; the beginning of evils! what shall I do when these evils shall come?"

    (the beginning of evils!)

Esdras should be included in every King James version today. New Testament, alignments are found and additional prophecies add additional verification to the entire Bible. The fact Esdras is not included...may be a notable mark in itself, considering the context.
