    HE'S EVERYTHING TO ME

In the stars His handy work I see

On the wind He speaks with majesty

Though He ruleth over land and sea

    What is that to me

    I will celebrate Nativity

For it has a place in history

Sure He came to set His people free

But what is that to me

Til by faith I met Him face to face

And I felt the wonder of His grace

Then I knew that He was more

Than just a God who didn't care

That lived away out there and

Now He walks beside me day by day

Ever watching o'er me lest I stray

Helping me to find that narrow way

    He's everything to me

    He's everything to me

Predestination: it cannot be denied for it clearly states it in the scriptures .( Ephesians) it's the understanding if it is the problem not helped by a lot of carnal and unbiblical thinking trying to do so .

Might I suggest we go back to the scriptures and let them do the talking?

Genesis is tye book of beginnings and every " sound doctrine" has its first mention there,

Every seed brings forth after its own kind . We are Mankind .not a dog kind nor a fish kind nor some sort of ape kind but Mankind on the foundation of that law if you will and it is Man who was created first out of the dust of the earth who has the seed .and woman out of the body of the man who has the egg . We are Mankind overall . Man in general and men or women in particular there is nothing else .

A seed then is preordained and predestined to bring forth fruit after its own kind. When Adam sinned he corrupted himself and became subject to sin and death . He being the father of mankind thus corrupted his seed that was in him who also became subjecti sin and death . For if "Levi was in the loins of Abraham " then you and I were in the loins of Adam . "And by one man's disobedience all die" Thus ALL men are predestined to that end for by the Law of God that states every seed brings forth fruit after its own kind then a corrupted seed can but bring forth corruption unto death .

But glory to God that same law applies to the"incorruptibl seed which is the Wird of God" that is predestined to bring forth righteousness unto life .

Jesus speaking of Himself said " unless a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die it abideth alone. But if it does it will bring forth much fruit " what sort of fruit? After its own kind . A true born child of God therefore has not only been translated from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of Gods dear Son but from one predestinated end to another..

And predestinated in Christ from before the foundations of the world unto good works that we should walk in them

I too have been having trouble with this Cloudflare security . Sometimes I'm unable to access this site but I have found that , if you keep some replies that you get to your e mail and then access this site through the link after and at the bottom of the reply , you might be able to get on here through that . I usually can .

You may add to your reasons for the use of I vs J in 1611 version. J was not added to the alphabet until after 1611 publication. It was the first revision for the Cambridge, who held the copyrights. All the J words were spelled with I. There were groups that formed claiming you had to use Iesus or God did not hear your prayers. I guess they did not take into consideration foreign languages that had different spellings.

    Hello everyone:

This post may not be necessary since many of you probably don't even know that I said this but just in case I will say that I am going to renege on saying I was going to post a study on the history of the KJB because, in looking for reference material,

I found there are already numerous writings on the subject. If you want to read about the KJB history, which I suggest all Christians do. I just don't really know what more I can say but just repeat what has already been written.

If anyone,, would like me to put together a post of this instead of going online and reading it, I will, since I said I would. Just let me know and I will copy some of it and post it here. God Bless :)

If we ask for forgiveness when we do wrong, are we not forgiven? if we are forgiven why would we have to judged for every thing we have ever done. I thought once you were forgiven it would be as if it never happened.

I was recently reminded not to take anything for granted . Many years ago when I was young I had a very close friend , we were best buddies for about ten years . As often happens , our lives took different turns and we lost touch . He was also a good friend with my dad and my dad actually helped him in his career .

My dad is very ill now and coming to the end of his life, he's 76 this August if he gets there . As we do sometimes , I was thinking about his up and

coming funeral and the fact that there would be a lot of people attending and I thought of my old friend . He would definitely attend for sure . I started to look forward to seeing him , giving him a hug , finding out how his family were, talking over old times etc . It would be a bright spot in an otherwise sad day .

My old friend , Peter , aged 61 , died in May . I was devastated .I had been so looking forward to seeing him . My dad was shocked and upset .

We really do have no idea what is going to happen in this life , it's like a handful of rain .

    Hi Everyone:

I have decided to post this in general comments because so many people have been responding to my discussions on Calvinism that I can't keep track of who I am posting to. I keep getting them mixed up. The discussions are on my beliefs against anything of Calvinistic teachings but especially their belief that: "predestination refers to God's eternal and unchangeable decree that determines the salvation of some individuals and the damnation of others. That individuals are still responsible for their choices and actions. At the same time, Calvinists also teach that God has predestined others to damnation, rejecting them and leaving them to their sinful nature. This reprobation is not a result of God actively causing their sin, but rather a passive decision to not intervene or save them." *

In other words, no free will.

Unless I am misunderstanding the last sentence, my God, the true one which is taught in the KJB, would not be unfair and cruel as to create souls He intends to throw in hell when their life is over without any conviction of the Holy Spirit to respond to. To decide they are reprobate before they are born, to me is unfair and cruel.
  • Momsage - 7 months ago
I have asked, in my discussions, several times for a straight forward answer of yes you believe this teaching or no you don't but none of them so far want to answer yes or no. They give me scriptures of which they want me to accept their interpretation, which I don't, and a lot of talk about things but no yes or no answers.

I will do a future post on what I believe the scripture means about predestination. But I can't see myself believing in the God the Calvinists believe in. A God that creates a soul ahead of birth to be a reprobate with no love or communications from him and be tossed into hell when that life is over.

I would like to say that these discussions are NOT quibbling which means: a petty or carping criticism and I certainly wasn't trying to trap anyone with anger (I don't even know what that means). I am politely but in a straight forward way, raising objections to these teachings that when examined by scripture and the nature of a great, loving God are totally wrong teachings. John 3:16 God Bless :)

    A testimony

i was raised a catholic in the 50s to 60s. i didn't like catholicism and what it taught about god and jesus especially because i had never heard of having a personal relationship with the lord. i was taught his name was to sacred to even mention except in special prayers we read from a cataclysm. when i was in my early twenties i had left catholicism and a few years later some friends were witnessing to tim (my husband) and i and we were saved and really started living for the lord, turing suddenly from living a worldly life to living a true christian life doesn't happen unless there is a true conversion experience; when you repent and give your heart to the lord and that's what we did. tim became a pastor but about 10 yrs later the cares of the world were heavy on our shoulders and we became complacent in our walk with the lord. we had 3 children by then and we let the world beset us. we didn't go to the lord for help. we started to ignore the bible and prayer. tim stopped pastoring and we moved and just stopped being christians. this kind of behavior can sneak up on you so be careful and be sure your relationship is in a good place with the lord. be diligent. for a couple of years of living for ourselves, tim left and divorced me. the kids, (4,6 and 8 yrs old) and i were devastated. i never thought that would ever happen to me, i went to the lord immediately and prayed and repented turning back to him. my. worldly life had become sickening to me and tim leaving was the final straw, so i turned back to the lord and he has been with me ever since then. that was 25 yrs ago and my walk with the lord has been upward and forward and i'm growing closer to him every day. i won't be walking away from him this time.

Why is the NASB included in the parallel options? It's missing entire verses, and you know what Revelation 22.18-19 says about removing things:

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

This didn't used to be an option. This is a very sneaky way of corrupting the Word.

    --FULL LIST OF REMOVALS:

Luke 4: 4: And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Luke 4: 8: And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Matt.25: 13: Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Matt.27: 35: And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

Mark 6: 11: And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Mark 13: 14: But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains.

John 7: 8: Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast; for my time is not yet full come.

COMMENT: By omitting the word 'yet' the NASV makes the Saviour a liar, because he did later go up to the feast. (Joh

After reading this chapter a number of times it was finally revealed to me what God wanting me to see in this chapter that I hadn't seen before. When I looked at all who were mentioned here I understood that all of them were sinners. I was so shocked, that those who God loved dearly were place here. It was at this point I knew that God not only loved them, but myself as well. We must face the fact all of us fall short of the glory of God. It's only in His righteousness and grace that we find ourselves in his presence.

    Pt. 1

The KJB was, absolutely, written by the Holy Spirit who is quite capable of inspiring man to write the bible from the correct ancient manuscripts that He wanted to use to give us the KJB 1611 just as God wanted it to be. How can He not? It's the Holy Spirit moving on them just as we say He moves on us. God wants mankind to believe in and understand Him and His plan for the salvation of souls and so He gave us the Word so we would be able to. Either you believe the word of God was written by the Holy Spirit and given to us in 1611 exactly as He wanted it to be or you don't. If you believe that men of today, who have used different manuscripts then the Holy Ghost, have printed books acceptable to God, then that's between you and the Lord but the King James Bible has been the accepted version for century.

Satan knew he wouldn't be able to temp the Word away from the children of God so he replaced it instead, with his versions. He presented Christians with a "new" bible that is easy to read and study and they went for it. I have done a comparison study of the KJB to two modern versions: NIV and ESV and there are many errors, especially verses that diminish the deity of Christ. How can anyone trust a bible versions that leave out the Name of God numerous time, that diminish the deity of Christ more then once and leaves out verses? These versions may say something that is true to the KJB at times and deciding to use these versions just for study is up to you, but let others discover, through prayer and seeking God as to which bible He wants them to read. Promoting the use of these books that are wrong is why I will speak out whenever someone mentions these false works.

I've seen videos of people asking some You Tuber what bible they should use and trust to be their "bible."These christians should be asking God that question. This didn't use to be a problem since the KJB was the accepted Holy Ghost inspired versions for centuries.

    Pt 2

Now people are so confused with so many versions out there they are desperate enough to ask some stranger on YouTube.

I know I'm what a lot of people call "KJB only" and in a sense I am but I don't believe people are condemn to hell if they use the modern versions. Their salvation does not hing on that. But I strongly believe they could be lead into believing false doctrine which could harm their walk with God, eventually leading to destruction. I went to a non-denominational church once and really enjoyed it until the pastor told me he didn't believe the KJB was written by God, his bible was the NIV. I stop going.

Here are just three examples of corrupt verses compared to the KJB: Matthew 18:11 KJB "For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost." In the NIV and ESV: The verse is eliminated. It isn't there. A verse that speaks in plain, easily understood English that shows that Jesus is the Messiah, was eliminated. Luke 4:8: " KJB "And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve." NIV: "Jesus answered, "It is written: Worship the Lord your God and serve him only." ESV: "And Jesus answered him,"It is written, You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve." Ephesians 3:14 KJB: "For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ," NIV " For this reason I kneel before the Father, ESV "For this reason I bow my knees before the Father," (Again, diminishes the deity of Christ.)

I know it is between a christian and the Lord what bible versions they choose to use but I would think they would want the one God choose to give His children. I believe it is part of my respect for God"s truth to tell the good of the KJB and the harm of the modern versions. I emphatically believe the KJB is the Holy Ghost inspired Bible and meant for His children to trust and love. God Bless ;)

    Hello Momsage,

About being sinless, I see in your reply that you use Leviticus, you do know there are 3 different types of laws in Leviticus, there is a preacher name Voddie Baucham video This is why I pick and chose. It is about a different subject but if you go to 13 min to 21 min he explains this better than I can about these Laws. The Moral laws, Civil laws, Ceremonial laws, and if you follow the Ceremonial Laws you could be committing a sin and not even know it. For when Jesus sacrificed himself many of the old covenant was replaced with his new covenant. Like gentiles can eat shrimp and shave ect. and don't have to make offering for sin.

    Hebrews 10.

For Jesus said it is not what you put it your mouth that makes you unclean but what comes out of your mouth.. Matthew 15:11 Ephesians 4:29

I mention these 2 verses because you also replied to I think Chris with "Whatever". I travel for my work and when people first started saying this I asked a waitress who used that saying what it meant. By the rules of this website #1 the parts in () prevent me from explaining what that words meaning really is. Not judging just saying sometimes we sin and don't even know it. I know the more I read the Bible the more thing I find are sins.

I pray that you are sinless and GOD takes you as he did the other 2 in the bible, so you do not have to know the suffering of death. Genesis 5:24 , 2 Kings 2:11

"Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the TRADITIONS which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle." 2 Thessalonians 2 15.

Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the TRADITION which he received of us."

God of my father, i said I would forsake the Catholic church. But now I beseech thee to save the catholic church and not destroy it.

How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together."

"I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not enter into the city." Hosea 11: 8,9

"Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found." Hosea 14: 8.

These are my petitions for the Catholic church, Lord Jesus Christ,

that you be their only Mediator, the only name that Catholic Christians pray in.

God of my father, save the Christian traditions, save the Catholic church, save Israel, save them and us for thy pardon's sake,

    for thy mercies' sake.

God, save thy people Israel in like manner, that they know their true and only Messiah Jesus Christ, and be safeguarded through Him and His forgiveness.

I still need you to be the one that heals me, God of our fathers, stop the way against what hurts, and stop the way against what i fear. Heal my wounds just enough to get me out of harm's way, enough to make me functional again.

I beg to The Lord our God that I be not hospitalized but healed by Him who has Almighty power, through the merits of Our Saviour and Healer Jesus Christ.

It is my understanding that most modern versions of the Bible cannot be called translations . They have not employed a group of scholars and translaters to produce a modern version , they have simply taken out the words they don't like such as thee and thou etc and basically used a thesaurus to replace the old fashioned words with modern words . In no way is that a translation . The King James Bible was a labour of love , read the dedication at the front of it . God uses people to accomplish His Will , do we believe that ? He has done it right throughout history and is still doing it today . Did He not use this king , with his worldly wealth and power to do a marvelous thing ? Then , many years later , He used the British Empire to help to spread the Gospel . If you doubt me , check the history of Christianity in Europe , God leaves nothing to chance , He works in this world every day and always has done , may He never stop .
