JESUS left very clear sayng: Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh, O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things?- Matthew 12:34. According to the your message you think or imagine to be a preacher of the Word of GOD, the Word is GOD, self-executing, understand? and in your preaching you interpreted 2Thessalonians2:3, saying: >>>> Let no man(YOURSELF; your carnal mind, where SATAN plays) DECEIVE YOU, 2Thessalonians2:4 Who(that man of sin, that man of unbelief) OPPOSESTH(truth and light)and exalts HIMSELF(his carnal mind) above all that is called GOD;of that is worshipped,so that HE sitteth in the TEMPLE OF GOD(the Lord God Almighty and the LAMB are the TEMPLE,not Jerusalem),

showing HIMSELF(by the wisdom of himself)that HE(and all his supposed free will) is GOD.

The desire for romantic love is not in itself sinful , it is natural . It's how we respond to that desire that is important . Some people are very self contained and more able to cope with their desires and keep them in check . Others find the need for romantic love overwhelming , these are the people that need to find the right partner and get married ! It seems you fall into the latter category . By your name it seems you are a lady :) . Best advice I can give you is , read your Bible , pray to God , ask Him to provide you with an husband to love ,who in turn will love you , get to church and find the one that God made for you . Stay strong and trust in God , He will put you where you are supposed to be and with the one that you are supposed to be :).

Thnx Gigi, yur the best.! I had another prophetic*dream about a man who I met through cleaning/nursing for his mom, So I had my daughter leave a note on their door. Never got a responce & exspected the worse.

Jump to (now) a month later.. I was heading to Library & the road was closed so, in taking detour, went to see the person dream was about. To make a longer story short.. He flat lined & when they revived him he had to have emergency heart surgery. Not how I wanted to find a roof over my head yet till he heals enough & gets back on narrow road, I just that & truck to drive till my car's Utah legal & my own place. God is good.!!

Yes, I was surprised as well. You can look up Marcion and see how out of the sound doctrine of the apostles he had strayed. He taught that the god of the OT was evil and the God of the NT good, so he rejected all of the OT, and believed himself to be a prophet, and followers exhibited many of the strange behaviors of some in the Pentecostal sects who bark, laugh uncontrollably, roll on the floor, faint, etc. (of course calling it the work of the Spirit). He espoused a form of dualism that was very wrong and spiritually dangerous.

I have read of some today who think as Oseas does, and that is very disturbing. Many of his posts are a bit off, but this one concerning God revealed in Scriptures is very unbiblical.

I do think of when Jesus called Himself "I Am" when He said "before Abraham was, I Am. He would have said the Hebrew name spoken to Moses here and the chief priests wished to stone him for blasphemy for calling Himself God. ( John 8:58)

Here Jesus is saying that He is YHWH, the only true God. so, as for me, I choose to believe Jesus, not Oseas or anyone else who says that the God of the OT Jews was evil or the devil.

I guess, having a forum such as this will introduce us to some very crazy doctrines and some wicked ones at that.

    criptures.

Biblical Proof modern version bibles are not Inspired by God, but very deceptive!

( 2 Tim 3:16) "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness". ALL ((TRUE)) scripture is given by Inspiration of God. Inspiration is #2315; it means divinely breathed in. All True scripture is God breathed.

The KJB says in ( Jn 7:8) "Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up ((yet)) unto this feast; for my time is not full come".

In the KJB Jesus said "I go not up yet"

The Nasb bible says "I am not going up to this feast".

The Niv bible says "I am not going up to this festival".

The Nlt bible says "I'm not going to this festival".

The Esv bible says "I am not going up to this feast".

The Gnt bible says "I am not going to this festival".

In all these versions in v10 Jesus goes to the feast.

All modern version bibles say the same thing, Jesus said "I am not going" Then In v10 Jesus went to the feast!

All modern version bibles have (changed the words) and are saying Jesus lied!! ( Jer 23:36) The word (perverted) is #2015; it means to turn about or over, by implying (to change), pervert. They change or pervert the words of the living God and they show Jesus to be a liar!

    Would that be God breathed?

Or would that be ( 1 Tim 4:1) .."doctrines of devils"?

( 2 Tim 3:16) Would saying Jesus is a liar be "profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"?

( Mt 4:4) .. "It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by (every word) that proceedeth out of the mouth of God".

EVERY WORD! (KJB Jn 7:8) "I go not up (yet)" EVERY WORD!

The words of the LORD are pure words ( Ps 12:6-7) v7 preserved for ever.

( Proverbs 30:5-6) v5 "(Every word) of God is pure" v6 "Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar".

The KJB is the scripture that's given by Inspiration of God, the pure words preserved from this generation for ever.

    Reply to Stephen Senff:

I think we all feel that way from time to time but I think it's just as important to note the people that do give a care that our present in your life.

Sometimes it's easy to overlook the ones that care about you most especially when you're feeling like it's all stacked against you and feeling alone, lonely. Don't forget the ones who are there no matter what. The ones who stick by you no matter what.

    AMEN Brother Giannis:

We are to apply our hard gotten knowledge of marriage to the Kingdom of God.

    We are Christ WIFE!

    God BLESS YOU!
  • Giannis - 1 year ago
    1 Cor 7:27,

"Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife."

    1 Cor 7:35,

"And this(about staying unmarried) I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction."

Well, when I was young and unmarried and I firstly read those verses, I used to think that people like Paul who devote themselves to the Lord completely tend sometimes to go to extremes. After spending 22 years as a married man and going through all those hardships and trials (and fights!!!) that married couples go through when they spend their lives together and also when facing all those troubles in raising a kid (I have one, just think of those who have many), then I conclude that Paul might have been right.

Have a blessed day or night.

    Hello GiGi

To be honest I have never heard such a thing before. I am really surprised.
  • Giannis - 1 year ago
    1 Cor 7:10-11,

"10And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart ( the grk say "separate") from her husband: 11But and if she depart , let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife."

Firstly lets pay attention to that " I command, yet not I, but the Lord", clearly a Lord's command.

What does the above verse say? It says that if a woman(or man) separates the other then she SHOULD stay unmarried (or go back). So I am really surprised that some christians are always trying to go around such a clear statement. It couldn't be any clearer than that.

    1 Cor 7:12-15,

"12But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away

    .....

13And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him.

15But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace."

    Points of attention:

    1. It is Paul's suggestion, not Lord's. Yes but in verse 40 he says "yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful"

    1. Paul's suggestion is that the believer should not separate the other if the other is willing to stay together. If the other wants to separate, let them separate. Those verses in no case allow a believer to separate a non believer. But once the non believer wants to separate let them separate. So can the believer remmary? Here the verses 10-11 are valid. No, they cannot, the verse says " let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband".

    2. Now lets go to that "A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases" in verse 15. The grk says precisely : "ou dedoulotai o adelphos en tois toioutois" which means "the brother is not enslaved inside (or in) these". The latter has many interpretations which I will not go through now.

    oops, meant Giannis, not Jesse.

Thanks for addressing this with Oseas
  • GiGi - In Reply - 1 year ago
    Hello Jesse,

I have read of some who believed this, Marcion was one of those in the early years of the church. And today, there are those who believe that Yahwaeh is an evil "god" of the Jews. I do not recall the particular teacher/leader of this doctrine nor a particular sect.

But it is a grave evil to call the "I Am Who I Am" of Exodus who also called Himself the Almighty God to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob ( Ex. 3) the devil. So, thank you for questioning Oseas on this. I hope he explains more of this to us because it is a blasphemous teaching.
  • Giannis - In Reply - 1 year ago
    Hi Oseas

You wrote that YAHWEH is the name of devil? You cited John 8:44-45. But in those verses there is no reference in such a name. Actually there is no mention of that name in the new Testament but only in the Old Testament.

In 2 Thes 2:3-4, Paul writes about the antichrist who will sit in the temple of God in Jerusalem and will ask people to worship him as a God. But he is not God and his name is not known now.

Brother, where have got those beliefs from? Claiming that YAHWEH refers to devil is something really extraordinary, never heard anybody say that before. You are completely wrong. Do you attend a church or you study on your own? You need somebody to lead you inside the Word of God properly. I suggest that you join a congregation.

Yeshua or Jesus means "God is salvation" in Hebrew.

    Dear Gwen,

I am happy to pray for you today.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus asking for help for Gwen. Please strengthen her in faith and keep this faith strong and grounded in You and Your Word. Bring to Gwen spiritual growth that brings and increase of faith and true knowledge of You as we consider Jesus, Your Son, who is the express image of You and the One who came from You to reveal Who You are. Help Gwen as she studies Your words in Scriptures. May Your holy words enlighten her and make her glad. Keep Gwen on the path of truth and righteousness, not allowing her to turn to the right or left, but to walk straight ahead in the way Your holy Spirit leads her. We ask that the Holy Spirit fill her more and more each day so that she can walk according to the Spirit instead of the flesh, every day you give her in this life. Father, we know how great Your love is for us and we thank You for choosing us in love to become Your children and partakers of eternal life in Jesus. You are so great and wonderful! We praise You, we worship You, we give You glory, today and always. Amen.

You said that my posts "seem to approach literally while you have another approach to the Bible", actually my posts/messages reflect a spiritual interpretation of the Holy Scriptures, in fact the Holy Spirit is my Preceptor, Tutor as you said, but it seems you do not discern what is spiritual, it's due to lack of the gift of discernment, thus you know only and only what is literal, like the killers of souls, the letter kills, only the Spirit gives life. The believers know that the Word is Spirit, the Word is GOD, self-executing.

Having read the circumlocution of your replyes, or mere verbiage, I would say opinions is good for nothing, what matters and prevails is the Word of GOD, the Word is GOD, self-executing, understand? John1:1. Your thinking is from a human perspective, a stumblingblock, not from GOD's perspective. Your interpretations of the Word of GOD differ not of the interpreter of Genesis 3:1. The one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth, the one who comes from above is above all- John 3:31.

    Revelation 20:2-3 explains:

The dragon will be laid hold, and bound/chained, and cast into the bottomless pit, he will be threw into the Abyss (in this current millennium), and he will be shut up, a seal will be set on/over him in this current millennium, seventh and last millennium, that he should deceive the nations no more.

Be careful, or then get ready
  • Oseas - In Reply - 1 year ago
You said "'Lord of the hosts" means "the Almighty God", and He is the most powerful being in the universe'"; Yes, but the person you refer to be Him is not the true GOD, the Word, Father of the Lord JESUS Christ, and the name of Him you cited -"YAHWEH" - is wrong; In fact, it is the name of the father of the Jews- John 8:44-45-, Paul Apostle spoke about him: 2Thes.2:3-4:

    3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God(Jerusalem), shewing himself that he is God. Actually, YAHWEH is one of the several names of the father of the Jews, the Devil. I can listed them all.

The Word made flesh-JESUS-, said: I and my Father are One. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, THE ALMIGHTY- Revelation 1:8. In fact, my Lord JESUS is the LORD of the lords. And He said: All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth- Matthew 28:18.

The "I Am" is Yeshua - JESUS - not YAHWEH, this is one of the names(or nicknames)of Devil.

Charity mentioned here is not talking about a deed but a motive behind the deed. New versions bibles do not use the word charity but will render the word as love. The word charity is used in multiple verses in your KJV bible, and scripture with scripture study you will see it is the underlying motive for our actions of love.

1Corinthians 16:4 "Let all your things be done with charity"
  • Larryhover - 1 year ago
In 1 corinthians 13: 3 says "And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing"

what does Charity mean in this context because if one bestow his or her goods to feed the poor, its considered as charity

    Dear One Eighty,

I did perceive that you were speaking to how we think, speak and act towards others in general.

I think that on this site, since we cannot really know each other as we would people we meet with in person regularly, we do need to employ the motivations, attitudes, graciousness and patience that you mention.

Thank you for your kindness and openness. I appreciate you.
  • One eighty - In Reply - 1 year ago
    GiGi,

I agree 100% with your last posting to me.

For more clarity on what I last posted to you, I was not aiming my comments specifically towards activity on this site; but instead, in general terms on everything we say, do, and even think in our private thoughts towards everyone, in all circumstances and events. This is especially important in what I see as our "special" relationships, i.e. family and what we consider close friends. These are more often than not more challenging and typically need healing and active ongoing forgiveness in some manner. At least, this is what I've experienced. Yet, I think everyone we meet or speak to are forms of relationships worthy of these considerations.

Of course, I'm not speaking of physical attacks upon the body, in which we sadly may need to defend ourselves and others.

Please be assured, I'm not assuming that you were thinking that I was speaking SPECIFICALLY regarding this site. I do feel though I needed to further clarify.

To those on this site who have perceived me as attacking them, I do not doubt that their feelings are justified. I sincerely apologize.

I recall that in my late teens, I attended a conference at the Oakland Coliseum, put on by a Christian man named Bill Gothard. He provided round pin-on buttons that said PBPGINFWMY, meaning "please be patient, God is not finished with me yet". I can't say that over the years,I've always afforded others this courtesy, which I suspect has caused me and others unnecessary turmoil. With the Holy Spirit's help, we're working on it as much as I will let Him. The Holy Spirit does not limit His giving is my belief; Simply, I've limited my receiving.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I pray for myself that I would be more open to your correction, to be forgiving of myself and others, and to be willing to understand and accept your Perfect Love. Amen.

Again, to all, Blessings and Peace

Thank you for your reply, dear Bro. Bennymkje

I see that according to the your theory, the """Principle of Similitude explains the basis of comparing the like with like; So the heaven is compared with the earth."""

Along the same line as your theory above or interpretation saying "the heaven is compared with the earth" by the Principle of Similitude,

so I took your example to compare the Similitude between the Son of GOD and the angel who was sent by Him to the isle of Patmos- Revelation 1:1-Revelation of JESUS Christ, which GOD gave unto Him, to shew unto His servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His ANGEL unto His servant John. (Different of the translation, In my vision an Archangel). But what is the Similitude between the Son of GOD and the archangel sent by JESUS to speak with John?

Here goes the Similitude: Revelation 1:13-16. (By the way, JESUS was in heaven when He sent the archangel to meet John , He was sitting on the right hand of the Father).

Verse 13 - And in the midst of the seven candlesticks (7 Churches of Asia) one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

    14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged Sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

    Revelation 22:8-9

8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship GOD.

Surely He is our fellowservant. Praise our GOD.

    Blessings

    AMEN Frankie J:

    What is our cross for?

    To DIE on or cross.

Psalms 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the DEATH (on our cross) of his saints.

If we die on the cross of Christ, the we were MARRIED to him in his RESURRECTION.

    1 Corinthians 15:43 .... raised in GLORY .....

1 Peter 1:21 WE by him (Christ) do BELIEVE in God, who raised him from the dead, and GAVE him GLORY....

John 17:22 And the GLORY thou GAVEST ME, I have GIVEN them, that as we are ONE, they may BE ONE in us.

There was ONLY ONE BODY raise at the RESURRECTION of Christ.

    Ephesians 4:4 .....ONE body .......

1 Corinthians 12:27 ..... ye are the BODY of Christ ......

Ezekiel 36:26 A NEW HEART will I give you .....

1 Corinthians 2:16 .... ye have the MIND of Christ .....

We are a NEW Creation, ONE BODY, with the heart and mind of Christ.

Psalms 107:31 Oh that man would praise the LORD for his goodness, his wonderful works to the children of men!

    God Bless YOU!

Frankie J thank you for your response.

Do you believe that God preserved His Word for this generation?

If you do then where is it today?

If you do not then wouldn't that make ( Ps 12:6-7) meaningless, or even make it a lie?

    Rainwalker:

There is no 7 year great tribulation. There WAS a GREAT TRIBULATION 2000 years ago, but those days of that GREAT TRIBULATION were shortened for the elects sake.

Matthew 24:21 For then shall be GREAT TRIBULATION such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time (of the great tribulation), no, nor shall ever be.

Matthew 24:22 And except those days (of the great tribulation) BE SHORTENED, there shall no flesh BE SAVED ....

What are you SAVED from? ---DEATH --- When was DEATH defeated? ---- at the RESURRECTION of Christ ----

The above scriptures STATES the Great Tribulation had to occur before flesh could be SAVED from DEATH. Therefore the Great Tribulation had to occur before the resurrection.

The GREAT TRIBULATION was from the time Christ entered the garden until his death on the cross.

    God BLESS YOU!
