Thank you so much for your reply , I appreciate it . I'm surprised more if us are not commenting on recent events , maybe it's because we are scared we might get it wrong ? I hope that isn't the case :) if I only ever posted when I believed I was 100 per cent right I wouldn't post very often :) . I think Israel will go too far in its retaliation against the Palestinians and this will turn Israel's allies away from it . Israel needs to remember what God says : vengeance is mine , I will repay . Israel is over confident because it is relying on its allies USA , UK etc . Only God can save Israel . Israel will be left isolated because Putin will throw his hand in with Iran and the other muslim countries and this will deter USA etc from getting involved . This has been brewing for years , Putin has been testing the world's response to his aggression , he has poisoned people with chemicals in their own countries , assassinated his enemies in exile , I believe he was responsible for covid and he's invaded Ukraine . What has anyone done about any of these things ? Nothing . He's been testing our response and he's very confident that no one will oppose him . My guess is that he's correct . God will save Israel . What are everyone else's thoughts please ? Thanks again Giannis :) .

    Hello Angel

    Hebrews 1:2

, "Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;"

The greek text says "centuaries" not "worlds". But again "centuary" is a Hebrewism for "world". I think that Paul means that Jesus created everything in the universe but we can not say anything really about the spiritual world since we don't have any revelation about an angelic genesis.

The verse means that Jesus as a God was the one who ordered the creation of the universe. In any paricular action All 3 Persons participate. In genesis it was The Son who ordered and the Holly Spirit who executed the order. Everything that God does, He does it through His Spirit. That is why the Spirit is often described as the hand or arm of God. Like man uses his hands to do something, God uses the Spirit.

    Hello Jema

Israel will suffer during the end times. In a few words Israel will accept the antichist as the Messiah they are expecting. By that time a union of nations (who?) will rule on earth with its head the antichrist. When the antichrist puts His throne on the Temple (so it is going to be rebuilt) and asks people to worship him as a God, they will realize that he is not the person they were always waiting for. Under the threat to be destroyed totally and having realized that the antichrist is not the Messiah , and with the grace of God, they will turn to Jesus who they had crucified. They will repent and ask for Him. All the other nations by that time in alliance with the beast (the last kingdom, a union of the most powerful nations on earth which will be under the control of antichrist) will surround Jerusalem to destroy it. It is then that Jesus comes to earth with His saints and angels and destroys that army. Now God preserves Israel because He knows that they will accept Jesus in the future, but still they are paying the price of crucifying Jesus, we see that all the time. For 2 thoudand years they had been in a continuous tribulation and persecutions..

By that time the church will already be in Heaven.

This in general. This is how I know it but I don't say I am definitely right.

    Oseas:

The heaven of heavens has already been set up.

They (the new heavens) had to be set up before Christ could reign on earth.

They (the new heavens) had to be set up before the DAY of the LORD could come.

They (the new heavens) had to be set up before the Kingdom of God could come.

The were setup when creation was resurrected as the BODY of CHRIST.

The fourth heaven is YOU, where GOD DWELLS, YOU the house of God, YOU the BODY of GOD.

    God BLESS YOU!

So interesting in Genesis! In Chapter 1:26 - 27 God created man - male and female telling them to replenish the earth, be fruitful and multiply.

Then in Genesis 2v.7 Another account of God creating man. This time the account says He breathed into his nostrils the breath of life making him a living soul.

Not until verse 22 do we have an account of the creation of woman who God began with Adam's rib. Adam taken from the dust - woman taken from man.

So was there two creations of man?

The Bible indeed holds a special place in the hearts of many as a divine source of guidance, comfort, and wisdom. While digital platforms and online resources can be valuable in many ways, they cannot replace the personal and spiritual connection that comes from reading the Bible itself. It's important to prioritize spending time with the actual text, immersing ourselves in its teachings, and allowing it to speak to our hearts. The distractions in the online world are abundant, and it's essential to maintain a clear focus on what truly matters in our spiritual journey. The best advice I was given was "make a friend with your Bible."

A short Sonnet on God is Good

"God Is Good All the Time"

In every dawn's first light, God's grace does shine,

A steadfast beacon through the darkest night.

In trials and in joy, God's love aligns,

A truth unwavering, a guiding light.

Through tempests fierce and tranquil, serene seas,

In every heartache, every joyful chime,

    In life's uncertain, ever-changing pleas,

God's goodness echoes through the sands of time.

In every moment, every breath we take,

We find God's blessings, pure and so divine.

In sorrow's depths or love's sweet, tender ache,

God's goodness evermore, an endless line.

In life's grand tapestry, this truth we find,

God's goodness, constant, both in heart and mind.

I sometimes wonder where religion and Christianity in particular the KJV will be in 100 years time. The emptiness of the digital world, false gods, and empty soulless lives might result in people become more believers in God and Christ. The Bible will grow even more in use, and spiritual life will be more prevalent in peoples lives. Technology is a mixed blessing. The Word will last for ever.

Isaiah 51:16-20 from the King James Version of the Bible is a passage in the Old Testament that contains a message of divine promise, warning, and prophecy to the people of Israel. Here's a brief explanation of the verses:

Verse 16: In this verse, God is speaking to Israel, and He says that He has given His words to Israel to speak, and He has protected and covered them like a sheltering hand. The purpose of this divine intervention is so that God can bring about the creation or restoration of the heavens and the foundations of the earth, and declare to Zion that they are His chosen people.

Verse 17: This verse calls for Jerusalem to wake up and stand strong because it has experienced God's wrath and suffering, represented as drinking from the cup of His fury. Jerusalem has gone through hardship and must now rise and face its challenges.

Verse 18: Jerusalem is depicted as having no one to guide or support her among her own people. There is a sense of abandonment or lack of help from those she has given birth to.

Verse 19: Two significant adversities have come upon Jerusalem - desolation, destruction, famine, and the sword. The verse raises the question of who will comfort or console Jerusalem in the face of these hardships.

Verse 20: This verse describes the dire state of Jerusalem, with its sons weakened and defeated, lying in the streets like trapped wild bulls. The reason for their suffering is said to be the fury and rebuke of God.

In summary, these verses convey a message of God's involvement in the fate of Jerusalem, expressing both divine protection and judgment. It underscores the need for Jerusalem to awaken and take action in the face of adversity.

I have many Bibles. Not just KJV Bible but also have other translations. I do not write in my "good" bibles but happy to markup my more less expensive Bibles.

I am thinking about getting the Cambridge KJV family chronicle bible, I like the illustrations and the print size. Its expensive and I don't know the best way forward on this.

    Comments please.

What is the best way to memeize Bible verse? I would like to remember one or two verses a day.

Also I do have trouble some of the place names and people names. How can I deal with this? I would like to read the Bible KJV in church but trip up over the above two things. Also how best to read the Bible. As the voice of God? How would I do that? Or as a newsreader on the radio.

    Your comments would be welcome.

    Well, Jesse

Holy Spirt states 1John 2:1 children do not sin, & if you do. Indicating their state

Then in 1John 2:12-14 Holy Spirit distinguishes the maturity of the believers, as children who sins are forgiven for His name sake, the young men who have overcome the wicked one & the fathers that have known Him from the beginning, each according to the measure of the Spirit they received in their growth in Christ.

1Pet 5:1 Peter here makes a distinction, in exhorting the elders that are among them

    1John 2:6

Your wrong it does imply this, as plenty of Scriptures confirms this.

Rom 8:29, conformed to the image of His Son,

1John 3:3 pure as He is pure

Gal 2:20 not I but Christ lives in me, only the pure in heart see & experience this on the spiritual level Paul is speaking from here.

we think, talk & walk as He did. 1Cor 2:16 we have the mind of Christ. Philippians 2:5

2Pet 1:3 freely has given us all things,

Luke 10:19 He's not talking about physically hurt here, as the Scriptures give witness too.

Luke 12:5 & that fear is to depart from evil, sin along can hurt us.

Col 3:10 Ephesians 4:23,24 the renewing of our minds in the knowledge after the image of Him that created him,

"the new man", is the work of Sanctification of the Spirit, bringing us into ever increasing measures of growth to maturity in Christ, the divine nature, fruits of the Spirit & ultimately being born again of the Incorruptible Seed,

    your comparisons paragraph

you end with "how are you going to walk differently? You answered your own question

quoting you "I DON'T always in the human perfectly follow" one's not abiding in the Vine & according to this Scriptural statement, one has transgress against the Light, which the Spirit declares in the contest of these Scriptures is that one is still a child, for the young men have overcome the wicked one & the fathers have likewise.

Last par; Yes, this is the heart of the Father in sending His Son, Christ being the first born among many brethern

    Time, Times and half

"But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months./And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth."(Re.11:2-3) Here we have days and months which must be considered as having frame of reference to the Son. In the vision of the Woman clothed with the Sun (Re.12:6) we find the same number of days ie., 1260. The woman was called and only the man-child shall be caught up to the throne. In terms of the temple building the Spirit tells us of the court which is given to to the Gentiles. Keeping the promise of God to Abraham, there shall be no difference of the Jews and the Gentiles. Ministry of reconciliation of the Son would see to it. We have however an order first Israel was called but their falling off let the Gentiles come into the fold. "until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in."(Ro.11:25) Thus we have three fold division Time Times and a half. Time refers to Israel, Times where Israel and the Gentiles are as one. and Half corresponds the silence for the space half an hour.(Re.8:1) A remnant of Israel shall be allowed to which Re.1:7 "Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him."

Seventy weeks where the command number 7 is used to indicate the fulfillment aspect of divine Will. The Immanuel factor applies to each. 1) to finish the transgression 2) to make an end of sins 3) to make reconciliation for iniquity etc., "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy."(Dan.9:24)

    Finishing the race well.

I recently heard a short clip from Voddie Bauchum on two people who died. Apparently they both involved tragic circumstances; with the first person receiving accolaides related to memorable moments in their lives and the second person who was murdered a review of her godly life followed by scripture reading. The difference between the two was the first person was not a believer.

Finishing the race and receiving the prize is a daunting task; and scripture makes it clear that some at least make it to heaven as through the fire. When Jesus stated "let the dead bury their own dead"; however ( Matt. 8:22); He wasn't mincing words. Ungodly people who are not eulogized by the truth aren't doing anyone any favors. True; in a funeral stating that a person showed no fruits of repentance and; barring some unknown last minute conversion is in hell wouldn't go too well and perhaps there are better ways to present such an argument at a later date. Such situations should make a believer think carefully if they will attend such an event; no matter how much the family may be offended in our absence. Whether someone is remembered as kind; courteous; witty to their friends and family members doesn't mean a hoot when it comes to eternal salvation and security in Christ. Of course those who PROFESS Christ should they be honored if indeed they were mean; stingy or had sinful LIFESTYLES which the Lord Himself says disqualifies them from entering the Kingdom that should be considered as well. ( 1 Cor. 6:9).

Whether we should say something or remain silent in such a situation is determined by the individual circumstance; we should prayfully consider it before entering such a situation. As a Pastor; we have a heavy duty and responsibility to uncompromisingly proclaim the truth; whether or not we are considered social outcasts. We need to hold to standards and make it clear before entangling ourselves in such an event so as not to dishonor God.

Daniel Ch 8 V 23-25 , the peace that destroys many , its nuclear weapons , all nations are afraid of them , they create a false peace , people don't want war because they fear nuclear escalation . Putin knows this , Russia and Iran , once they get involved in the conflict in Israel , all of Israel's allies will leave them , abandon them . Israel has put a lot of confidence in its allies and their nuclear weapons but , no one wants a nuclear war especially not against Russia . Israel will be alone , undefended by humans . Israel has to learn to not put it's trust in humans , only God can and will save Israel . When it looks as if Israel is done for , surrounded by enemies and with no earthly allies , that's when Christ will return to defend Israel and destroy it's enemies . Tell everyone , comfort your friends and family with the Word of Truth , don't be afraid :) .Christ is coming !!!!!
  • Jema - 1 year ago
We are in the last days , prophecies are coming true right before our very eyes . How long these days will continue is uncertain , it could be weeks or days or even a few years , some say seven years , watch for Russia getting involved , watch for Iran getting involved , watch for Israel being let down by those it thinks are it's friends , only God can save Israel , the land and the nation and He will intervene , Christ is coming , to save Israel to avenge the enemies of God and to take us to himself . If you have loved ones who don't know your beliefs you must let them know , let them know not to worry when you either just disappear or suddenly die , tell them what will really be happening to you , your words of faith might be a massive comfort to them as they see the things that you have told them come true before their eyes . I was moved to start telling people , the chain of events , a couple of years ago , now I have those people looking at me very surprised :) I tell them it's not me it's the Bible , it's been a massive comfort to me to see come to pass those things that I knew before hand , it will comfort others if you tell them what's happening , especially if you have already told them years ago , rejoice brothers and sisters , don't be afraid , God is love and He loves us and will not fail to fulfill His promises of love , if we are His we are His for ever :) . The Kingdom Come !!!!!!!!

    "Forever and ever"

"None shall pass through it for ever and ever.(Is.34:10)

Isaiah refers to the day of vengeance and God shall recompense the heirs for all their loss and suffering. "For it is the day of the Lord's vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion."(34:8). Israel of course comes up for reckoning. While consigning the Jerusalem of old to perpetual desolation the Spirit gives us two sets of time and it is signified by the term, forever and ever.Let us examine this verse, "from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.". The forever is in the conventional sense as indicated by the will of the Father. It refers to his Son in whom it pleased the Father that his fullness should dwell. 'And ever refers to the Son in his own right. In practice we have this verse to support it, "My Father worketh hitherto, and I work" ( John 5:17) So it refers to an unshakeable kingdom, " But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever."(Dan.7:18)

The beast whose authority is derived from the dragon is set in terms of Jesus Jesus. By Law of gradation 42 months sets one against the other. So the little horn declares war against his co-heirs, "Beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;/ Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom"(Dan.7:21-22)

In Re.19 we have the battle where the beast and the false prophet are take. In the next chapter we read of thousand year reign "and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years." The story does not end there. This explains the distinction between season and time. "As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time."(Dan.7:12)
  • Giannis - In Reply - 1 year ago
Sorry, I meant, "because they can NOT avoid doing sins"
  • Bennymkje - In Reply - 1 year ago
In addition to the earlier reply let me give another example with regards to the mode of narrative. " until a time and times and the dividing of time" Which is roughly so many months indicating the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ."and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished."(Dan.12:7. Jesus Christ as the Word become flesh and Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever' have two timescales, that of 'now' and 'forever'. The Spirit has reconciled these two in the Son so a day is set on the reconstituted time that only God shall know.

For this reason God names the day and night (Ge.1:5) and the Spirit uses 'And the evening and the morning were' six times this expression is repeated. These succession of evenings and days shall lead to a day where the night is irrelevant for the saints in the New Jerusalem, "And the city had no need of the sun".(Re.21:23) Here is an example of the topical leading to the 'forever'. "And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt."(Dan.12:2-3) In the v.3 'forever and ever' forever does its job but why give emphasis with the word 'ever' extra? similar usage we find here, "As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time." 'For a season' is coupled with 'time' which has reference to the half an hour silence in heaven. (Re.8:1)

Bible study is taken up for instruction in righteousness. A literal approach does not do as the Spirit intended. (2 Ti.3:16)
  • Bennymkje - In Reply - 1 year ago
    Rainwalker,

Amen. In these visions the Spirit presents the topical telescoping into the end times. The wilderness wanderings of Israel itself is a dry run for us upon whom the ends of the world have come. We are sojourners and pilgrims looking for the city that has foundations. "Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come."(1 Co.10:11). The narrative mode of the Spirit carries such Kangaroo events.

With regards to the kingdom of his dear Son David is a double for Christ. From the specific to the universal relies on Min-Max mode. Thus God appears to King Solomon second time and assures,"Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised,"(1 Ki.9:5) He uses "I will establish the the throne of thy kingdom' followed by the word 'forever' it is a clue and it points to the Son to whom He has appointed by a decree a day. He is the judge so it leads to the day of judgment. Vision of Daniel thus follows the made of narrative and it is consistently followed in the narrative.

Reading your posts unto me, I remember Acts 16:16-18KJV : "It came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, and the same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high GOD, which shew unto us the way of salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her".

Yes, GOD made the Universe. In fact, GOD created four heavens, but He sat upon the circle of the earth - Isaiah 40:22KJV also Nevi'im (Prophets) Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 40:22 - Hebrew Bible - : "It is He Who sits above the circle of the earth, and whose inhabitants are like grasshoppers, who stretches out the heaven like a CURTAIN, and He spread them out like a tent to dwell" Ephesians 1:3KJV, and so on: 3 Blessed be the GOD and Father of our Lord JESUS Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places(Old and New Testaments) in Christ.

Now, in this current millennnium, two of the four heavens created by GOD through JESUS will be DISSOLVED(without JESUS was not any thing made that was made), in fact both heavens -the first and second - will be BURNED from now on- 2Peter 3:7 combined with Isaiah 33:14-15- , and the 3rd heaven will be established in this current millennium, that is the seventh and last millennium, and this 3rd heaven whose heavenly environment is described in Revelation 4 and 5 combined with Luke 20:35-36, among many other biblical references -comes up hither-, it will last 1000 years. After this, I mean ending the millennium, then will be established the heaven of the heavens for all Eternity.

    Get ready

16 And I have put my words in thy MOUTH, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I MAY PLANT THE HEAVENS, and lay the foundations of the earth(Israel), and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.

17 Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the Lord the cup of His fury; thou hast drunken the dregs of the cup of trembling, and wrung them out.

18 There is none to guide her among all the sons whom she hath brought forth; neither is there any that taketh her by the hand of all the sons that she hath brought up.

19 These two things are come unto thee; who shall be sorry for thee? desolation, and destruction, and the famine, and the sword: by whom shall I comfort thee?

20 Thy sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the Lord, the rebuke of thy GOD.

    "AngelEverett"

In the beginning, i.e. in JESUS - GOD created the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd heavens, and the heaven of the heavens- Genesis 1:1, and the earth(not the planet), but the CLAY, the dry land- Genesis 1:9. Great mystery. By the way, in what heaven you spiritually are acccording to the Ephesians 1:3? Our conversation is in heaven according to the Philippians 3:20, from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, understand? By the way, "By whom He made the worlds".

The 1st world made by GOD through JESUS was/and is the 1st heavenly place established by GOD- The Old Testament.

The 2nd world made by GOD through JESUS was/and is the 2nd heavenly place established by GOD- The New Testament.

And the 3rd world? What does JESUS said of the 3rd world or 3rd heavenly place in Him to be established by Him? JESUS said: Luke 20:35-36KJV:

35 But they which shall be accounted WORTHY to obtain that WORLD(the Kingdom of GOD- Revelation 11:15 to 18), and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:

36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of GOD, being the children of the resurrection.

And the heaven of the heavens? The heaven of the heavens will be established after the END of the millennial Kingdom of GOD- Revelation 11:15-18 combined with Revelation 20:7-15.Then the Eternity will begin.

Don't forget:The heavens(The 1st and 2nd heavens) and the earth(Israel),which ARE NOW, by the same Word-the Word is GOD-are kept in store, reserved unto fire against this Day of Judgment(the Judgment Seat of Christ)and perdition of ungodly men -2Peter3:7 & 11-12:

11Seeing then that all these things shall be DISSOLVED,what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12Looking for and hasting unto the coming of this Day of GOD(the Lord's Day),wherein the heavens(the 1st & 2nd heavens) being on fire shall be DISSOLVED,and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
