    For your better understanding, you must remember that JESUS,the Greater Light, was sent by GOD the Father around 4000 years after Adam,or around 2000 years ago.In fact it still was the fourth Day, understand? GOD,the Father,was still WORKING when He sent JESUS here,understand?Even my Lord JESUS said and revealed that the Father still was working- John 5:17:

I have been thinking a good part of the day of the relationship between the sacredness of life and it's relationship in the Church with a present reign in Christ and non-resistance in doctrine. One small thought is everything belongs to God. So Paul says greet the brethren with a holy salutation, we can prove love this way, even a little bit on an online forum.

    Hi Momsage. About your concern on "no matching KJB text": if a contributor writes out a Scripture reference that this KJBO Site engine doesn't recognize, then you will get that warning. Quite some time ago, KJBO put out information on what were the acceptable ways of writing Scripture (sorry, I can't find that information now). But in the case of " 2nd Cor 6:[14]", this wouldn't be acceptable because of the brackets used. I always spell the verse/passage out in full (even though it takes up more character spaces), e.g. 2 Corinthians 6:14, as I know the reader can just hover the pointer over the reference to see it rather than go to the Bible verse. Hope that helps sort this out for you.

    Thank you Jema for your reply. On the Isaiah 13:12 reference, we would find no agreement at all, as the verse, when understood naturally & in context refers to the scarcity of human life during those times of the LORD's intervention & destruction. If you are finding Jesus in there (i.e. "I will MAKE A MAN more precious than fine gold"), then that would have to be a personal discovery rather than a textual truth.

    And likewise with Colossians 3:10, the text doesn't allow for such an interpretation (i.e. of God creating Jesus). Paul is writing about two 'persons': the new man (i.e. the human being renewed by the Spirit), and of God (Who creates in His (God's) Image). So, it doesn't speak of Jesus, but of man who was once created in God's Image (Adam), & then after the fall, that image was marred, which necessitated a re-creation of that image in man. And to do this, man had to be changed inwardly (becoming a 'new man'), who now is being "renewed in knowledge" into the image of the One (God) Who created him (man). Yes, we do have 2 Corinthians 4:4 & Colossians 1:15 to support your use of 'image' as to Christ's 'creation', but we also have Genesis 1:27 & 1 Corinthians 11:7 to support man being made in God's Image. But to put Christ in Colossians 3:10 would violate the point of that verse which is directed to man's renewal.

    Lastly, you wrote that you "don't really relish the idea of a big debate". That puzzled me since you initiated those questions for our responses. If we gave responses without 'debate/discussion', then the whole exercise would be entirely fruitless & pointless. So maybe you just wanted to share your understanding of those verses, but not willing to defend your beliefs; and these matters (of Christ's Divinity, eternal judgement, etc.) are vital to Christians & also in the preaching of the Gospel. Without these fundamentals, we have no Gospel - we have no message of liberty & hope to share with a lost world.

    Good evening friends,

    I would like to ask for prayer for my son, Rob. He will be starting TMS therapy for depression beginning tomorrow, since medications have not been effective for him. This therapy involves repetitive magnetic pulses delivered to the brain. It is FDA approved and has had very promising results for many people. Please pray that God will cause this therapy to be effective in stimulating long repressed cranial nerves to begin working properly again and to suppress the working of cranial nerves that lead to negative thought patterns and depressed mood.

    I pray for him often, but did just pray yesterday for God to bring healing to the physical aspects of his brain that promote depression. And here today, he informs us of this new therapy he will begin tomorrow. I am happy to know that there are some new medical therapies to treat depression. Praise the Lord for this breakthrough.

    I certainly appreciate all who would be led to pray for Rob. The therapy is a 5 days a week half-hour session for 4-6 weeks. He may need to take time off of work to make appointments since the clinic is almost 2 hours away, so would be a half of a work day off each day. Pray that all works out that he can et morning appointments so he can get to work in the afternoons to evenings at his present job. He gets insurance from this job, so he needs to retain it.

    Again, I do not think that believing that a person lives on without a body after death necessarily leads to spiritism. That is an

    erroneous assumption.

    I do not think, though, that our dead loved ones in Christ are watching over us and involved in our life here. I believe that they

    are with the Lord and that involves not knowing what is happening here on earth. That is what the Scripture is talking about

    when it says that the dead know nothing-that is, nothing of the goings on of this world and life.

    Eternal life is received when we believe and when we die, only our body dies. But eternal life is a completely different kind of life

    that earthly life. it is a completely different realm of existence, of which we cannot pierce the veil in this life, nor can those

    believers who have passed from death into life pierce the veil between eternal life and earthly life.

    I guess we will just have to accept that we differ in our views on this and we will find out when we die what is true.

    My understanding of the Sabbath commandment is to rest on the 7th day, but not a commandment to go to church. So going to

    Sunday worship services is perfectly permissible but not mandatory. And the Sabbath rest for believer is in Christ Jesus-

    Heb. 4:3-rather than a specific day of the week. The commandment is a shadow of what was to come in Christ. We rest

    everyday in Him because we do not work for our salvation in any way. He did the work of salvation for us. It is still good practice

    to have times of rest during the week, whether a day or specific times of each day.

    If you wish to keep the Sabbath as was proscribed by the OT law, you are free to do so. And if one keeps every day the same,

    that is permissible according to Romans 14:5.

    What you are preaching is not true, but a false interpretation of the Word of GOD.

    Michael was never born from the womb of Mary, Michael was never the Word made flesh as you suggest and are preaching, actually, what you are preaching it is tares invented by the spirit of lie, or rather, invented by the father of lie- John 8:44-45.

    By the way, my Lord JESUS Himself sent Michael for this War against the old Serpent, called the Devil and Satan, now in the time of Apocalypse also called the great Dragon - Revelation 12:9. Take a look.

    Furthermore, we which are alive and remain unto the coming of my Lord JESUS shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven(in His coming) with a shout, with the voice of the archangel -MICHAEL-, and with the trump of GOD: and the dead in Christ shall rise first (as is written in Daniel 12:1-3): Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord: and so shall we ever be with the Lord, according to the preaching of Paul Apostle to the Church of Thessalonians. 1 Thessalonians 4.     Not justified to remain a sinner, we are justified to be the image of the Son of God. If I am the image of the Son of God Jesus Christ, how can I be the image of the devil st the sametime? You have to ve dead to one sin (the devil) to be alive unto another righteousnes (Jesus Christ). Jesus never died to establish a new type of sinner called a Christian sinner, God forbid. Jesus died so sinners can be Christians can be holy.

    Moses, the Law giver, received the laws straight from God's mouth. They are Gods laws. He does not change his mind. Jesus didn't make new laws. He fulfilled them . Jesus fulfilled all the shadows of a type. All the tabernacle sacrifices pointed to him! After his death the CEREMONIAL laws ceased. Remember? The curtain was torn in the temple from top to bottom.

    And in Daniel, the prophecy that Jesus would cause the sacrifice and oblation to cease: Jesus WAS the sacrifice. That is what he fulfilled. Once and for all.

    We should worship God every day. All the time. I agree with you.

    But, God gives the directions for how he is to be worshipped. Look what happened to Cain. God told him how to worship, but Cain had his own ideas. He brought a sacrifice other than what God required. Look what happened to Aaron's sons when they brought strange fire. They died. Look what happened when David brought the ark to the city of David. One of the men reached out to stabilize it. He touched the ark and died.

    We are not allowed to over ride God. God makes the rules for how and where and when he is to be worshipped. He said the seventh day. Period.

    By alll means, go have fellowship on Sunday and on Wednesday nights. And do Bible study's on Tuesday and Thursday. And take a Bible class on Monday. But none of those days are the sabbath day. The sabbath is the seventh day. Saturday.

    This point will become a serious issue in the near future when the Papal system requires Sunday worship. Once it is a law, then you will know that it is the "mark" of the beast.

    The papal system is the beast of revelation . The church fathers of Protestant era thought so. Look it up. Martin Luther in particular.

    Again a very backwards teaching as we are washed from sin not cleansed. The reason why you sin and can't stop sinning is because you are a slave to it a slave to the devil. The apostle Paul preached in Romans 6:18 "Being then made free from sin ye become the servants of righteousness" (Jesus) The apostle Paul is just like me an ex-sinner saved by grace.

    John 8:34] Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

    [35] And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

    [36] If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

    The apostle Paul did not say he sins daily. He dies daily and not to sin, but to the things of the world. We have to die daily as Paul picked up from Jesus teaching.

    John 9:41] Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

    We are to be blind remain dead to sin but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. The wages of sin is death/hell firer and brimstone. The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of heaven. This eliminates 99% of all Christians as they claim they can not be righteous free from sin.

    1st Cor 6:9] Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

    Romans 6:[20] For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.

    [21] What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

    [22] But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

    Good luck in being heard as God does not hear the prays of sinners. We see this everyday people dying in the hospital or looking for an out because of their pain and God hasn't heard them yet. A saved sinner means is a righteous person.

    Again a very backwards teaching. Genesis 1:26 the words "Let us" and NOT "Let me" plural as God was talking to somebody in heaven and it was not Lucifer. God was talking to his Son as the bible tells us that there was always somebody with God at all times in the old testament. To say that Jesus was God and was one of the angels or whatever funny teachings you received from church is not the bible truth but some perverted doctrine of devils and seducing spirit. God had a Son known as the Holy One in the bible in the old testament. God the Son is just a man made gospel from the pit of hell as God the Son never lived a day on the earth, more or less die for my sins. Can't make the blind to see or lame to walk in the name of God the Son. The Son of God Jesus Christ sure can make the blind to seem death to hear and lame to walk. The Holy One came down not God. God was not Superman to become a human being. Don't know where you get such funny gospel that Jesus was one of the angles or Jesus is God.

    There is significant danger in believing that dead people are ghosts floating around and aware of what's going on.

    1, It leads to consulting the dead ( Demons impersonating our dead relatives) . The Catholics pray to dead saints. Dead people!

    2. The Catholic system of purgatory leads people to believe that they can live like the devil and get a second chance in purgatory. And, the Vatican made a fortune getting people to pay to get dead relatives out of purgatory. Huge scam.

    3. When Jesus was on the mount of transfiguration, Moses and Elijah were there in their physical bodies. Moses had had a special resurrection. ( the devil argued over his body). Elijah didn't die but was carried away in the chariot.

    4. When Jesus told the thief "I tell you today you will be with me in paradise". They didn't use commas in Hebrew. So, it depends where the comma is placed. " I tell you today, you will be with be in paradise". Not " I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise."

    Jesus feeding the multitude is nothing new in the bible it happened before in the bible. Nothing new under the sun. Jesus feeding the multitude was to show who he was the new King of the Jews the Son of God the messiah as promised. According to 2nd Kings 4:38-44, this was foreshadowing Jesus.

    2nd Kings 4:38] And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there was a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him: and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the prophets.

    [39] And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.

    [40] So they poured out for the men to eat. And it came to pass, as they were eating of the pottage, that they cried out, and said, O thou man of God, there is death in the pot. And they could not eat thereof.

    [41] But he said, Then bring meal. And he cast it into the pot; and he said, Pour out for the people, that they may eat. And there was no harm in the pot.

    [42] And there came a man from Baal-shalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat.

    [43] And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith the LORD, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof.

    [44] So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the word of the LORD.

    Ecc 1:9] The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

    [10] Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
